Our Quality, Environmental, and Safety Policy is based on the following strategic guidelines:
Quality and Services:
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through an action plan that ensures the effective correction of detected non-conformities.
• Foster the development of employee skills—particularly regarding digital proficiency—to drive the shift toward paperless processes between departments and with stakeholders.
• Ensure that all products and services meet established quality requirements as well as the expectations and needs of all stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction as the foundation of business success, ensuring transparent and effective communication throughout the entire value chain.
Environmental Responsibility:
• Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory environmental requirements, ensuring compliance across all our activities.
• Adopt best available practices to mitigate environmental impacts resulting from our activities, including reducing solvent consumption and decreasing reliance on fossil fuels throughout the value chain.
• Continuously monitor the organization's environmental performance with a focus on pollution prevention and the improvement of internal environmental practices.
• Reduce our carbon footprint by expanding our electric vehicle fleet, implementing renewable energy solutions, and promoting the use of public transport for employee commuting.
• Encourage employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to adopt measures that reduce their contribution to climate change by sharing and promoting our environmental policies.
Occupational Health and Safety:
• Systematically identify and assess hazards and risks at workstations, implementing appropriate control measures to reduce the likelihood of accidents, injuries, or occupational illnesses.
• Maintain high standards of Occupational Health and Safety through continuous employee training, monitoring of the occupational environment, and the implementation of appropriate equipment, operational techniques, and organizational procedures.
• Ensure emergency preparedness across the entire organization through a properly trained and certified First Response team.
Social Responsibility:
• Respect and promote human and labor rights throughout the value chain, ensuring dignified, safe, and fair working conditions for all employees, in compliance with International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions and SA8000 standard principles.
• Strictly prohibit the use of child labor, forced labor, or any form of discrimination regarding access to employment, career advancement, and working conditions, ensuring equal treatment for all employees.
• Guarantee the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining, promoting open and transparent communication channels that allow employees to express concerns and suggestions without fear of reprisal.
• Extend social responsibility principles to the supply chain by evaluating and monitoring the ethical and social performance of suppliers and subcontractors, aiming to ensure responsible practices throughout the value chain.
• Promote employee well-being and development by investing in training and professional growth, and by creating an inclusive work environment that respects diversity and fosters work-life balance.
Adherence to these guidelines is the responsibility of the entire organization and represents a commitment undertaken by Management, which pledges to regularly review the performance of the Integrated Management System, using the NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001, and SA8000 standards as a reference.
