This project will give a significant boost to the Portuguese footwear and leather goods cluster, increasing its level of specialization and diversity of new products, as well as benefits of equipment and processes. At the same time, it will prepare companies and their teams for the use of new technological tools and to face future challenges, making companies more robust. The work resulting from the involvement of a diversified consortium will result in significant increases in the agility of responding to the markets and the sustainability of the entire chain, supported by advanced technologies and a high intelligence component, with significant differentiation and international projection.
